Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you absolute command over your mailboxes and email newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a new mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. In addition, you can forward emails from one e-mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and protect your e-mail accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages according to certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email box accounts and set the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just choose the mailbox you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the email client of your preference to access your mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
